Refund policy

   We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

   Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

   If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on the shipping method and address. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
   Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
   Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

   Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
   The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
   Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the item is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
   We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
